Please make screenshots of Show Map and Show List from your Deco app and share them here. It'll help to understand how your Deco units connect to each other and if they have good link between them.

Also, tell what is the name you gave to your Deco unit in the bedroom. Is it Bedroom or some other name, so it'll be clear from screenshot which one it is.

You will need to help me with translation: does it say "Incorrect password"? Is it only happening when iPhone tries connecting to bedroom Deco M4? Can iPhone have WiFi when it is connected to Deco M5?

Please run another test: enable Guest network on Deco and leave it without password, which is by default. Give simple name (SSID) to Guest network without spaces and special symbols, ideally with just digits, such as 123456

Make iPhone forget Main Network name (SSID) and see if iPhone can connect to the M4 on Guest network with SSID 123456

After the test, disable Guest network.

I need more information from you:

1. What is the name of your bedroom Deco.

2. Please make screenshot of Show List and share it, which is this screen:

3. Open More/System/Update Deco and after that screen is populated with names and models of Deco units you have, make screenshot and share it here. Example:

Tomorrow I Will try to connect the M5 again. At these moment I have the net working without the M5.
