No Internet secured on Windows setup screen

I recently bought a brand new laptop and just received it today. And while trying to set it up it won’t connect to my home wifi and just says no Internet, secured. I have reset my router and have used all the cmd things I could find that could help. All I have is cmd since I’m on the windows setup screen.

Hi, may I know the model number of your TP-link device?

Did other devices work well with the TP-link modem?

it should have installed when the sims4 ran. If you have not done so. Restart the laptop and try again.
