Deco App not show device speed

Model: Deco X20

Hardware Version: X20(4.0)

Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20220401 Rel.63997

 

Hi,

 

For a few weeks I've not been able to see the current speed of devices in the Deco app. They all show 0.0 Kbps on the overview ans Main Deco X20(4.0).
 

I have reboot the Main Deco device and reboot all device in Deco network but still not working. I also have change Main Deco on the App then the main deco on the new X20 is occur the same issue.

Is there any change in the last weeks, like an APP upgrade or a new joining the network?

I see all your Decos are wired to each other. Are they all working in AP mode?

---If yes, can I have a picture of your network layout, such as:

                                                                      /---Deco X20

ISP modem router combo---a network switch---Deco X20

                                                                      \---Deco X20

                                                                      \---Deco X20

                                                                      \---Deco M9

                                                                      \---Deco M9

same issue here since updating my x20v2 to 1.14 firmware.
