Hi all, recently connected my new house to NBN FTTN using Vodafone as the ISP.

Bought the Deco X20-DSL and am struggling with the setup on the app because Vodafone is not listed as an ISP.

I have tried 'other' ISP and a few other things but always end up with a solid red led upon connection setup. Anyone got any ideas? Not sure if it's something I'm inputting incorrectly or maybe even the Deco is faulty.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Deco X20-DSL does work well with Vodafone service.

It is suggested to refer to the suggestions on this link:

I think it is very likely you might have the incorrect network configuration username and password.
