Tapo P100 not available on Deco app
Hi, why can't I add the Tapo P100 socket to my deco app? I'm planning on making my new apartment fully automated and it seems TP-Link isn't the right company to work with if their own devices aren't compatible.

When trying to add Tapo P100 as a Smart Home device on Deco APP, will you see it online under the clients' list?
There are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please check on the Tapo APP and make sure Tapo P100 is working well and could be remote-controlled.
2. Then temporarily switch off 5ghz on the Deco APP.
3. Disconnect and reconnect the smartphone to 2.4ghz, then try to add the smart device again.
