iPhone looses Wi-Fi and forgets password
Hi! I need some help with the Deco M4! For some reason both my iPhone SE (22) and Apple TV 4K intermittently drops Wi-Fi connection and forget the password. It works fine after reconnecting to the network and re-enter the password. But it's annoying.. It's really random: sometimes it happens in the middle of a tv-show, sometimes when coming home from work.
I can't really understand why.. It's not something obvious that's happening in that exact moment it drops.
All units is updated to the latest software and are rebooted.
Do any of you have an idea what's going on?
Thank you!

@ImtiazAli Thanks, I've tried that but the problem is still there. Do you have any other ideas besides restoring phone or network settings (deleting all Wi-Fi passwords..)?

Hi, it is also suggested to turn off "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP for IOS devices.
Then please also try to refer to this link to change the DNS on Deco to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Please also refer to this link to configure address reservation on Deco for IOS devices:

Best regards.

@David-TP Thank you, I will first try to reserve an IP for these devices and see if it helps. May I ask why I would want to disable mesh technology for my iPhone? That's the whole point of why I bought this system..
