Hi
I have the mesh M4 which is connected to an old router. I now have a new router.
The old router will not be used.
Can I reset the M4´'s and connect to the new router.

@tdc2316 Olá, passei por essa mesma situação. No aplicativo deco exclui a rede, depois resetei os aparelhos Deco. Por ultimo configurei todos, esta funcionando perfeitamente.

If you are simply replacing old router with new router, you may not need to reset your Deco mesh.
Power off all Deco M4s. Set new router, configure it and check that it works. Connect Main Deco M4 to new router and power it on. Chances are very high Main Deco will work without issues. If this is the case, power on Satellite Deco and you are all set.

Just unplug the network cable from main mesh to the old router and plug it onto the new router, the main mesh will get a new IP and most probably it will just work fine afterwards.
