Hello,

I have an issue with my brand new TL-WA855RE. The signal that it emits disappears a few times a day and it's very annoying.

Scenario:

I am connected to the RE network via Wi-Fi on my smartphone. It has full signal and all that. As I'm using my phone, browsing the internet etc., I suddenly get a message that I'm offline (from the app that I'm currently using). I then look at the top of my screen and can see that the wi-fi signal icon has disappeared (meaning I'm not connected). This is happening very frequently and it is very annoying. The device is brand new... it is not the phone's fault, because the same issue occurs on other smartphones in the house too.

I tried updating RE's firmware to the latest one. It did not fix the issue. Yes, it is positioned in the best place for signal. Yes, I tried checking the two LED lights for changes at the time of signal loss but both lights remain blue.

I have the EU model.

I really wish this issue could be resolved in some way, because I'm starting to believe it's just that the device model is old and simply bad.
