ROUTER Archer c1200 freezing or getting blocked

idk if someone can help me, idk if im dumb or just dont know wat is happening, let me show how it goes.
I work in a place with 5 floors, each floor have one archer c1200 in lan doing just wifi the main router is a draytek and they dont uses wifi, the 5 routers is using the some ssid and pass to wifi 2.4 and 5.0.
The routers r in default configuration.
Some times in the day the all routers stop responding, and start getting long time to response a ping.

its happening in all archer, some time all together, some times just one.
idk wata im doing wrong, or wat is happening.
when i reset the router they come back all right.

OBS: the router is on mode ROUTER.
OBS2: DHCP OFF, the dhcp is from the main router
can someone help in some tip?
