I have three M5s, one of them connected in the wall via a direct cable connection as main station. I want to use the other two using existing cable connections in the wall in two other rooms. How do I do that? The setup only looks wifi connections.

Using UTP cable is called Ethernet backhaul in TP-Link Deco terminology. I use that for my Deco M5s and it works just fine. See this FAQ: General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco
