Hi there. I have a Deco M5 system in my house and I want to change the wifi name and password. The problem is that my old housemate set it up and I dont have her contact details to ask her to change it. How do I setup the Deco on my phone so that I can change the wifi name and password? I have never used it before but I have just setup an account,

Hi, is your account the original account that has been used to set up Deco M5 for the first time？

If yes, you could log into the Deco APP via your own account to change the wifi name and password.

If not, you might need to hardware reset the Deco M5 and set it up from scratches.

1. Hold the reset pinhole at the bottom for 1s.

2. Then you could set it up according to this link:https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/deco-m5/#video
