Need Help with the TPLINK Deco E4 Ac1200
Dear Tplink,
I hope this email finds you well.
We ordered two TP-Link Deco E4 AC1200 Mesh WIFI from the Philippines and had them delivered to Zambia by DHL.
We had problems with the clearance of the Zicta, which controls the wireless and router devices.
The parcel was on hold.
Kindly assist with the following:
1.EMC TEST REPORT
2.SAFETY AND HEALTH REPORT
3. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
4.RADIO REPORT (IF DEVICE SUPPORTS RADIO COMMUNICATION)
Please assist so that the items will be released.
and my order for another products of tplink will no more problem next time of clearance.
