I purchased a router from ISP (Archer C20) but is locked with firmware and also I can't access the gateway page how can i install the TP-link firmware.

If you can't login into the router's WebGUI, contact the ISP and ask them for the login credentials - that's the easiest way.

If you have obtained the login credentials, you can update the new FW from here (much easier as a procedure (Case 1)).

Without login credentials, you could try the TFTP Recovery method described here, but I wouldn't advise you to go this way if you don't have the necessary experience.
