Hi TP-LINK team!

We are continously looking for the inclusion of our offices routers model Archer C9, in the list https://www.tp-link.com/en/wpa3/product-list/.

Once available, we will do the pending update for our clients to solve WPA2 security concerns.

Hello, sorry that there is currently no exact date or time expectation for the new firmware supporting WPA3 for the Archer C9, it is suggested to keep an eye on the official website to get more updates:

The Archer C9 is "End of life" so doubt TP link would be doing any further enhancements to its firmware, Further more the hardware would not be compatible with WPA3 I would think.

BT Full fibre 500, 1x X60 V3.2 in router mode and 1 x XE75Pro V2.

We have been waiting for this update, even before @R_Libin requested years ago, in the previous quoted post.

In the meantime, there was an update that we thought could be WPA3 inclusion, "New Features/Enhancement:Enhance device security.", and since then there wasn't any news.

Our partner already solved this after a update he got years ago without the need to upgrade, with the model R7800 he proposed to solve this requirement.

Our technical team told that WPA3 requirement is software dependent, so this was the reason to wait.

I guess Archer C9 will not get updated firmware for WPA3 as per the WPA3 Compatibility List.
