I have 2 units (including main) connected and showing green, but the third unit is flashing red and I can't seem to get it online, even when I'm hardwired into another deco unit. Any ideas?

Hi, It is suggested to restart both the main Deco M5 and the third unit(still with a cable connected) once.

If still not helpful, I think you need to reset the third unit and start adding it on the APP again.
