Hello, I am buy a Wi-Fi USB Adapter for my laptop on 13/07/2022. And I am using it very well and the product is very good, but some days the device is creating a problem ** it shows the ( Unable to find your adapter - Please make sure you've inserted the adapter and selected the right modal).

I am inserting a drive but no light indicates and the USB is very heated.  
please replace my product.

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

If the adapter hardware is not detected,  please check Case 2 in the following FAQ to do some troubleshooting at first:  Case 2. Cannot detect the adapter                    
1. check if the adapter shows up under the Device manager-> Network adapter/Other device. It could be shown  as " TPLINK USB XX "  or " 802.11n/ac" or its chipset like " RTLXX' etc. 
2. plug the adapter to another USB port/PCI slot
3. try the adapter on another computer to see if it can be detected
