Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220316 rel.35540(5553)

Hi, I want to report about Archer AX73(AX5400) will kick device without reason.

Yes, I was enable "Access Control" and filter the device not in list, however I was add Your company's C210 IPCam's mac address too

(I created a guest network with 2.4Ghz, WPA/WPA2 Persional, Added mac address for white list... but C210 will offline without reason)

However sometimes, i see my C210 will get kicked and red light in flashing.

Please fix this problem, thank you

Hello @ic3b34r

Do you mean the Tapo C210 is connected to the AX73's 2.4G Guest Network, and it is in the whitelist, while it still lose the connection without any apparent reason?

If that is the case, please confirm if there are other devices in the network, and whether they are connected to the AX73 stably when the Tapo C210 lost the connection.

Meanwhile, please check if you have enabled the Auto Reboot or Wireless Schedule on the AX73. If you have enabled either of them, please observe if the disconnection happens after the AX73 restarts or the Wi-Fi restarts. You can try to disable them if that is the case.

Be sure the Tapo C210 is running the latest official firmware.

  @Kevin_Z

Yes, I was add C210 (lasest official 1.1.21 build 220519 Rel.24783n(4555))  to white list and set a 2.5G guest network for it, but after Tapo C210 rebot( Tapo C210 have reboot everyday or no reboot option), Tapo can't connect anymore, but all of lan device( like 2 nas) in same network will still here, only this wifi device will kicked.(I don't have any other wiif device need to conect for long time), so I disable Tapo C210 reboot now (I think it may C210 firmware problem, because when I disable auto reboot , it still here for 3 days)

Thank you
