I have recently bought this router / modem but it randomly turns itself off and also reboots itself the deco  I have seen that I should turn off auto reboot but the app does not have this option any idea what to do or should I send it back

May I know who is your internet service provider?

Is it only the main Deco X73-DSL that had this issue and how about other satellite Mesh units?

Did this issue start since you bought the Deco?

And how about the rebooting frequency within one day?

I have 3 deco satellite deco mesh unit which do not seem to have a problem

 

my service provider is wimanx

 

rebooting was happening a couple of times an hour but been at work so do not know how often it is now happening until weekend

 

it did only start when I replaced a fritzbox

Hi, suddenly I wonder would it be possible the main Deco X73-DSL suffers from a power shortage and the current power socket does not provide enough power for it boot up properly? Have you tried to move it to another power socket or move the other appliance nearby?

And In the meantime I have forwarded your case to the senior engineers so that we can check whether they could find anything useful.
