@David-TP The old app worked fine on my iPhone SE 2. But on the new one it didn't detect a Deco M4. I had to use an iPhone 12 so I could detect it. Could you check this please? Bluetooth on the SE was off, could that have been it? Thanks.

@Salehuddin, Hi, It might not be related to the Deco APP and you could refer to the suggestions on this link:
We couldn't find Deco. Something wrong with the Cloud service
GeminiSaga, Hi, I have an iPhone SE2 as well and may I know what you mean that "it didn't detect a Deco M4", the APP failed to find M4 during the configuration or something else? Maybe you can tell me more details or pictures so that I can test them as well?
Hawklord, Thanks for the feedback. I remember that the current firmware of Deco M3W does not support displaying the connected clients. Did you make you could it on Deco APP 2.0?
Best regards.
loripod, Hi, Thanks for the feedback about the device type and I would note it down first for further optimization. Some users share a workaround in case you are interested-- Edit the device name with emoji

@David-TP
I provide customer service. Today I went to another client to install a two Deco M4 kit again and the same thing happened... that is, even after I make sure I'm connected to the newly turned on Deco's open wifi network, the app doesn't detect the device. He looks for it, but he doesn't find it. I had to use another phone again, but this time Android, and then add myself as an administrator so I could manage the network.
Another problem is that it cuts the amount of customers displayed. See in the image that there are 18 clients connected, but the app only displays the first six, cutting off the seventh.

Except for the App itself, there are other settings that might fail to detect Deco M4 and you could also try the following suggestions:
1. Turn off the VPN connection if there is any.
2. Make sure the phone has successfully connected to the Deco Wi-Fi and has a valid IP address, such as 192.168.0.xxx.
3. Stop Deco app running in the background), then launch the app to configure the main Deco again.
As for the client list, on my APP, the display of the online list is a little different and it does not list all the online devices here. I think the engineer might notice this issue and fix it on the latest version:

What is the random list for Android users? And how do I know if I'm in it or how do I get on it?
David-TP wrote
Hi, so far for the Android system, only users in the random list could receive the update and cannot manually obtain the update from Google Play, and other users could manually install the APP via APK here: Deco APP 3.0.14 via APK
Best regards.
