TuneIn (internet radio) works poorly on Google Nest Hub connected to TP-link X60 or AC1300 or X20. The playback does not start, if you try twice, it can start on the second try. Several users with DECOs have the same problem. Found this in the system log when trying to use TunIn on the Nest hub Max:

Tue Sep 6 19:36:17 2022 daemon.err client_mgmt: client(28-10-7B-2B-52-E8) not found in arp table disconnect_counter=0
 

(Not rec. the MAC starting with: 28-10) TunIn works well if I use Netgear or a ASUS router for the connection of the Nest Hub

Did a work around, created a routine in the assistant that respond to: Hey google radio.

By the Swedish sentence: prata med Sveriges radio (Talk to Swedish Radio) Works fine, case closed

Thanks for the feedback.

I checked some similar feedback on the Goolge Nest community and the problem has been going on for quite a while and so far there has been no official response for it.

If possible, would it be possible to download TuneIn APP on the smartphone to test whether it works the same?

Is the MAC address 28-10-7B-2B-52-E8 Nest hub?

And would there be any error message when TuneIn failed to play the first time?

Have you ever tried to connect Nest hub via cable to main Deco X60 and check whether the same issue existed?

By the way, Please also turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

  @David-TP 1. Tunein on smartphones streaming ok connected to X60s
2. MAC address 28-10-7B-2B-52-E8 is not the Smart Hub, a D-link device I think.
3. Yes – The Nest Hub after a long time, say: ”
Something went wrong, please try again”
4. The Nest hub is wireless device, no cable connection possible
5. Turned off "fast roaming" and "beamforming", no change
