I have just tried several times to set up the network and every time I get to the point of connecting to the newly created network the red light comes on and there is no internet connection. I know that is what the red light means. You have said in a previous question do a hard reset and recogfigure it with ISP username and password, but when I hard reset it starts again creating a new network and then when i do it has the red light. Where do you reconfigure it and when do you reconfigure it
