Firmware Version: Latest available for old version

I was using my WA850RE to extend my wifi network. It worked until this morning, when it seemed like it had been reset. As normal, I went to reconnect the extender to my router. However, when choosing from the list of networks to extend, every network in a large radius except mine shows up. Inputting the MACs and stuff manually does not work, neither does WPS/RE. Help?

  Hello @bcast 

Please confirm the router is broadcasting 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi and other network devices should see the Wifi signal of router. 

Then  you could try to change a different 2.4Ghz Wifi channel for router to a channel among 1-11

What should I do if the range extender cannot find my host network?

  @Solla-topee I split my network into 2.4ghz and 5ghz; neither of them were picked up by the extender. Every other network around me, including my network was picked up.
