Started after a password reset. Now unable to connect app to system. Rebooted. Reinstalled app. Tried multiple devices. Still stuck. Sent log via app.

The password might be reset when Deco was temporarily offline and it failed to sync the new password from the cloud.
If you do not want to reset Deco and still remember the old password, please try to change the password back to the previous one, then connect to Deco's Wi-Fi.
After that, it should show up on the Deco APP now, and please go to Deco APP>More>update Deco to make sure the firmware is up to date.
Then you could start to change the password again.
