Can I know the exact model number of the TP-Link router?

 

If the internet is not working on the TP-Link router, it's suggested to go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following FAQ to get it connected:

What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

 

If the issue persists, please contact TP-Link technical support with the following information:

1).the Internet IP address of your TP-Link router;

2).the model number of your modem, is it a cable modem or DSL modem?

3).whether you have tried all suggestions listed above or not. If yes, what are they?
