Hi, Actually I am informed that both 1.5.1 and 1.5.6 of Deco M9 plus are 100% released and pushed to the correct models. So you are supposed to get the firmware push notification or at least detect this version via "update Deco" on the APP. For the latter new firmware, the release portion is usually 30%, or even less in the beginning, but will add up over time. The only reason I could think of is that you might accidentally "skip this version" when the push message showed up.
If possible, you could click "update Deco" once(or maybe several times) on the APP, then please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log:
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Support call me by mail
They suggest to change cables, I did that, no success, and also to give a try changing the main deco with new cables, also with no success.
After that I downgrade again to 1.5.6 and get the correct bandwidth.
I also said that I will test anything they need, but get an answer that they will test in laboratory...

It's better wait for TPLink to realise it for everyone.
I just send them an email to inform everything is OK.
