I'm using an RE200 and a TL-WA850RE. 

I set them up by plugging them in next to the internet in my flat and setting them up via web browser on my phone and it work.

Once I move the extender to my room (10-15m away) and plug it into my pc and it works however when I try to play games (specially CSGO) the connection is fine until every 30-45 seconds where it spikes randomly causing myself and other players to teleport for a second or so until it returns to normal.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how it could be fixed?
