Hello my name is Valentin.

I have an issue with my Archer AX6000 V1 where 2 electrical components are burn and now both WIFI networks and the WAN port are dead.

Can someone help me with the IDs of the 2 ICs in the pictures bellow ?, or if it posibe a diagram for those 2 locations ?, even some pictures where the ICs names/codes are clear, would also be wonderful.

I doubt that anyone in the community can give you the information you've requested.

If the device is under waranty your best bet is to contact your retailer for a replacement or your local support to be advised on the issue.

Prepare yourself for the posibility that not only the components you've noted have been burnt.

As suggested by terziyski we are unable to answer the questions about the chip design since we are not in the engineering team, but we would like to ask some questions about the issue you are experiencing, we hope you could answer:

1. When did you purchase the router and when does the issue happen that there is no wireless signal broadcasting and the WAN port is also not working?

2. What is the room temperature these days before the issue happens? Is the AX6000 well ventilated? 

3. Was there any abnormal behavior or symptom before the issue happens?
