Hi,

 

I've had 2 (and now 3) Deco's since April, in a small(ish) 1 level house (about 100 square meters)

 

Network Setup:

 

Internet ---> D-Link DIR-1750 ---> Main Deco (all Hard Wired)

 

Main Deco to 2 other Deco's (wireless, as can't get to hard wire, however signal strengh is good on app)

 

Main Deco --> google nest on Wireless never has issues.

Deco A --> All Devices Connected Via Cat 5 (no issues), about 1/2 through the house

Deco B --> Devices on Cat 5 No issues, Back of house

 

However if a device tries to access the network via Wireless in the space between Deco A and B it will either connect and be very slow or give 'no internet' but can slowly reach the internet and is ping able etc.

 

Steps taken to resolve:

Removed D-Link Router and used Deco for Direct Connect, no change

Used Deco for DHCP, no change

Used PiHole for DHCP, No change

Placed D-Link back in, turned Wireless off D-link and used D-link for DHCP, no change.

Changed Deco's to and from Router or AP mode, no change

Added 3rd Deco to ensure no blind spots, No Change

Turned if off and back on again, No Change

Samsung Note S20

HP Elite Book 830 G6

HP Elite Book 840 G8

HP Elite Book 850 G7

HP Elite Book 840 G8

RPi 3 

Microsoft Surface Laptop 4

 

Please help or is it refund time?
