Hi,

during a problem with a dchp client I enabled logging on the server and noticed that the A6 router in access point mode and ip setting from dhcp server (router dhcp server is off) is getting the address, but instead of 2 days leas it renew the ip every 30 seconds.

I attach the part of the log file so is more clear:

Anyone has a clue about what's happening?

While in AP mode your A6 DHCP setting is 'OFF' if I've understood correctly.

If that's the case, you can try the A6 beta FW release from this thread and see if that helps.

In AP mode you don't use the OneMesh feature and with this beta FW release you can deisable it.

You can disable OneMesh when the A6 is in 'router mode' and then switch A6 back to 'AP mode'.

You can always revert back to the A6 latest official FW from this beta release, if you want to.

I tried it but the bug in dhcp client is still there.

Nothing to worry about, only a strange behaviour.

This has been observed in the past - here.

You could try to set the A6 IP address as Static IP 192.168.1.3 instead and test again to see if any difference.

If you don't have any particular issue, don't worry about it.
