1. Make sure you have downloaded the correct firmware: selected Hardware version according to your device hardware version and download corresponding firmware
for example, V4 need to update to V4 firmware.

2. Note the country version of firmware, for example (EU) need to install (EU) firmware
Can I know which firmware you are trying to upload for the WA855RE, can you share a link? What is the error message if the firmware update failed , please share a photo, thank you.
