Deco m4 region setting help !!

i have a Deco m4 for 2 years.
it's connected to my isp modem using an ethernet cable.
in the last few days i noticed that every device connected to the deco wifi will have a UK region setting.
it doesn't matter what device i use, smart tv , laptop, smartphone.
so if i go google it will show me that i am in UK, or if i watch YouTube it will play a Uk ads.
but if i turn off the deco devices, and connect directly to the isp modem wifi, it will work fine and shows my correct region.
can anyone help please?
