Powerlink adapter slow to connect
I have a network of 3 WPA863X powerlink adapters which mostly works fine. The network runs across different electical circuits and through RCDs. However, one of the adapters is at a greater distance from the base than the others and consequently the connection speed is much lower, which I am OK with. My question concerns the reliability of this slower connection (and I realise I may be lucky that it works at all). The behaviour is that once the connection is established it's quite robust, even if slow, but if the adapter is restarted e.g. due to a power outage it takes ages to reconnect (hours), but once reconnected it is quite reliable.
Can anyone suggest why this is and whether there's anything I could do to force a faster reconnection?
Thanks.
