Is there a way to assign an IP for each VLAN? Or access the switch via PuTTY?

TL-SG108E is an easy smart switch, it's not a managed switch.

You can assign an IP address only in the default management VLAN 1.

The switch can be accessed only via its WebGUI on port 80 in a web browser.
