Deco X20 - Missing Parental Control
X20 Firmware: 1.0.0 Build 20220110 Rel. 60118
M5 Firmware: 1.3.14 Build 20191220 Rel. 39776
I just bought Deco X20, join it to existing Deco M5 and then make the Deco X20 as Master Deco without any problem. I found that on the Deco App, the Antivirus and Parental Control are missing. Is there anyway to get them back again?
I've tried to update the firmware but the apps said they are already up to date.

Hi, welcome to the community.
For the Deco X20, it uses HomeShield and Parental control is under the HomeShield settings.
