Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The DHCP server of this router does not function as intended basically it assigns IP addresses outside of the pool

eg router IP address 192.168.0.1 when I connect wirelessly to the router I will get an IP ADDRESS 192.168.1.X

the only way to fix this is choosing static ip addresses in the same range for my devices which is a pain

I have read through some threads and I dont actually see a way of fixing it

I have restored to factory settings and still same issue

It used to work correctly only started happening a few days ago

Hi,

Can you please let us know what the information in below two configuration pages look like on your AX73?

Do you have any other network devices that have their own DHCP server connected to your network in some way?

Ok, thanks.

What about the DHCP Client List? If a device you connect is automatically being assigned an IP address in the pattern 192.168.1.X, then does this device show up in the AX73's DHCP client list?

In case it doesn't show up, have you recently added some hardware to your network that may also have its own DHCP server? Like a router that you have turned into an access point or a NAS drive or even a Raspberry? Or have you maybe recently installed some software on a computer that creates a DHCP server?
