Hi

 

I am having an issue whereby i lose connection on my Deco network sporadically during the day. I cannot understand what is driving this issue.

 

I have attached the latest log where you can see a number of disconnections occurring. The unit appears to be losing its IP address and thus dropping.

 

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay.

I did not see any logs and can you send them again?

At the same time, could you please send the following information to support.forum@tp-link.com(please add the forum ID543684):

1. May I know the model number of your internet provider? and how about the model number of your ISP cable/fiber modem?

2. Since you mentioned "The unit appears to be losing its IP address", Do you mean the IPV4 address of Deco under Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPV4?

--if yes, can I have a screenshot of this page as well?

3. Did you also notice whether the LED on the main Deco turn red?
