Hi

Uesterday I received a firmware update and deployed it. Afterwards on both my devices the 2.4 hz wifi band is unconnectable. It shows in the TP Therer config app, but none of my existing devices can connect to it.

is this a known problem and is there an update coming or ...?

@DaDm

Hello, this could not be a universal issue as we didn't receive similar feedback and this version had been released for more than one year. So I would suggest resetting the router to its factory defaults if this abnormal issue occurs after the firmware upgrade, you can follow this guide to reset the router, then reconfigure it from scratch to set up the internet again.
