Hardware Version: V9

Firmware Version: 3.14.4 Build 131129 Rel.39318n

my home internet drops all the time. Also the wifi speed is very bad like 5 mbps. I have 100 mbps spectrum modem.

is it because my hardware is v9. How to update the hardware version?

please let me know.
