You will need to get dual-WAN router which can handle two ISPs. Then, connect Main Deco to that router.

Google  this: Best Dual Wan Routers (Best Business Firewall Routers in 2021)

For some reason, I can't put link in my reply, but this is article from site MBReviews, posted on MAY 17, 2021 by Mark B

i've tried a few and it's a problem for anything involving transactions (buying anything online). i was hoping tplink has an answer, since they do sell a dual wan router

Hi, we do have some models that support Dual -WAN connection, such as ER605:

Hi, I didn't see any instructions yet.

For the multi-wan configuration on ER605, you might need to enable an additional WAN port on the web UI.

When it comes to Deco, the following layout is much more recommended:

the Deco is in access point mode: How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode?

or if you refer to Ethernet backhaul, the connection methods on this link work too:

General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco

the last time I did this with a Cisco/Linksys RV042G, I ran into problems when the site I connect to authenticates the link. Ex. 1) I connect to bank with ISP1 2) mid transaction, load balancing router switches me to ISP2 3) bank site does not accept transaction Will I still be plagued with this problem?
