Sky Q not connecting/freezing
Today I installed my new Deco X50 3 pack and had the issues many people have reported with constant disconnects and freezing. I tried an experiment that actually worked!
Long story short, I turned the 2.4 band off WiFi and plugged the main Q box into one of the Deco's using Cat5e which had the effect of making the Q box think it was plugged into the router. After restarting all the Sky boxes (Q box and 4 minis) everything works perfectly!
