Model: Archer VR400

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: Latest

For some reason I cannot select the model i have in the validated list tp-link allow. (i guess they want to disassociate themselves)

My model is

Tp-link AC1200 archer vr400

is absolute rubbish. Internet drops every few minutes then takes longer to reconnect to VDSL. Have updated the firmware to the latest which says "increased stability", i'd hate to check it before the update.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Hi, I have changed the model for you.

As for the unstable connection, may I know who is your DSL service provider?

Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com(Please add the Forum ID 542384) with the following information:

1. A picture of Basic>Network map when DSL was disconnected.

2. A picture of Advanced>status when DSL was disconnected.

3. Please go to Advanced>system tools>system logs and save a copy of the log file to me.
