I have a deco p9 system, and the powerline is refusing to work after I had to reset my provider router because an issue. All 3 of my decos are plugged directly into the wall.
May I know the model number of your provider router?
Did P9 work on the access point?
Could you please help me run a simple test:
put the satellite units next to or closer to the main unit and check whether the PLC backhaul could be created.
