Hi,

My master Deco X60 sits between the Virgin router (in modem mode) and a new TP Link TL-SG1024DE switch. It is connected to the switch with a Cat5e ethernet cable, approx 1m long.

Contracted broadband speed is 200Mbps and close to that is achieved over WiFi. The web interface of the switch indicates that the connection speed with the Deco X60 is only 100M Full.

How do I get this to run at 1000M Full?

Hi, on the TL-SG1024DE, could you please try to manually the port speed/duplex to 1000MF under Switching > Port Setting?

If possible, please also test with a different Ethernet cable.
