Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.7

Frequently my internet will become unstable, and when I go into Deco Labs in the mobile app & run the wifi interference test, the result will show as medium to high. However, when I run "Network Optimization" the results will come back that my network is "perfect." Other than rebooting my router (which may not be an option if I am in the middle of meeting), is there a way to prompt a channel change when interference is showing as high & network optimization returns as "perfect"?

Hi, so far Deco does not support changing wireless channels.

We could try other suggestions:

1. turn off fast roaming and beamforming under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

2. disable Mesh Technology for mobile devices

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:

1. Would any Deco turn red when the internet connection is unstable?

2. please turn off the 2.4ghz on the Deco and leave the 5ghz only; then check whether the 5ghz would be more stable.
