Hi, I am having exactly the same problem as described in this unresolved thread https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/263048

tl;dr of the case is that almost every time when I boot my PC or restart it the Archer adapter doesn't connect automatically to the Wi-Fi.

I have all the power-saving options disabled. I also don't have any other adapter enabled.

I am using Deco Mesh S4 for wi-fi.

Please try the Intel latest driver for the adapter

I'd recommend review post here and try some other tips like upgrading Bios, changing PCI-E slot, test adapter on a different computer:
