Hey guys, I have my campus network which has multiple APs (AC3150). One of them has its LAN ports suddenly stopped working. It was working fine yesterday. I have reset it to the factory default, but nothing has happened. How can I get the reason for this issue and solve it?

Do you mean all the 4 LAN ports stopped working suddenly on one C3150? If you connect one device/computer to the LAN port, does it get a valid IP address from the router?
BTW, do you mean the C3150 is working as an AP? What if you change it back to router mode, will you get internet access when connecting to its LAN ports?
If the LAN ports are confirmed to be faulty, I would suggest you contact the local tech support to be advised further:
