TP-LINK Archer T3U plus - problem with request timed out or high ms values

i have been reading problems from other customers and tried various solutions and drivers and found that driver 1030.41.514.2020 has solved request timed out issue, but still from time to time there is higher ms value. see picture bellow:
Problem with this driver is that max speed wont go over 240 Mbps. Both wireless adapter and AP (TP link Archer C6 router) are set to a/c mode only and to 20 Mhz range. i bought this adapter to have higher speeds than n standard - i dont have it with this driver.
I have tried various drivers and with those i get speed, but i have again problem with request timed out...
With presumption that if i buy both devices from same producer, i will have less problems with setting the gear up, i went to shop and bought both router and wireless card from TP link - now i spent already 5h trying to get someting out of this gear...
Im asking you kindly to provide solution for my problem.

thank you for more case details, for Archer C6 and adapter high ping, here is a firmware that should help, you could try to disable OneMesh to help isolate the causes:
