I have connected the router to WDS. 

Disable the DHCP and set LAN IP to root modem IP address.

Why do I have a red mark on the internet?

But I am getting internet when I connect to wifi.

The problem here is I can't update the time and firmware as it says no internet.

This is a known issue when using the WDS feature - in this mode A7 just relays the internet from your main router to A7 client devices.

Because you're not using the WAN (Internet) port of A7 there's a red mark on the status page.

This is also the reason not being able to set the router time automatically and check for FW updates.

The last two you can mitigate with setting the A7 time manually (until the next A7 restart) and upgrade the FW manually (Case 1) if needed.
