Folks, the Firewall explains rules carried out in order.
If one compiles a list then realises a subsequent one requires a high priority is there a way of inserting it higher in the list?

That won't be possible once the rule is configured, you can only modify, disable/enable or delete an existing rule.
Using these available actions you'll have to re-arrange the rule list in the order you need them.
