Hello, one of my 2 deco don't turn on. Can you help me to identify what's going on ? I changed the power adapter of the other and the issue persist. But the other Deco turn on with both power adapter

How long have you had the Deco?
Have you tried to do a factory reset on this unit?
If still nothing happened, I am afraid this unit might be broken and you could contact the local support office to check for a warranty.

I have 6 days using the unit. I had to returns the package due to the product didn't turn on. I tried to make a factory reset, but didn't work.
